We have never had a ring returned for quality issues. We use only the highest quality titanium and tungsten, and our inlays are guaranteed to be solid gold or silver. And, when you order a custom wedding band set, we guarantee that both rings will be cut from the same raw bar of material so that they match exactly in finish and detail. We also guarantee that if you order a size 7, it will be a size 7. If we send you a size other than what you request, we will send you another ring free of charge. |

Normal wear will occur on any ring, made from any material - no matter how strong. So if your titanium or tungsten ring ever needs a touch up, Custom Ring Designs will re-polish your ring for FREE! This service is guaranteed for the life of your ring, no matter how often you need your ring re-polished. Simply send your custom ring back to us with $6.90 for return shipping by Priority Mail, and we will restore your ring to its original finish free of charge and ship it back to you. To avoid the need for re-polishing: Please, remove any rings (regardless of material) before doing any dishes- ceramics will quickly damage the surface of any metal. Also take off your rings when you are doing any type of manual labor. |

All titanium and tungsten rings made at Custom Ring Designs are shipped within the United States and sent USPS Priority mail at $6.90 per package. This is the exact charge of shipping. You are not charged any extra cost for handling or overhead. The cost of shipping also includes insurance and delivery confirmation. Rings sent out of the United States will be sent by Global Priority mail for 20.00 USD. Multiple rings will be sent in the same package at no additional cost to you for shipping. All of our rings are presented in a classic black ring box, with a white outer box suitable for wrapping. |

At Custom Ring Designs, we make our
Titanium rings from 6-4 alloy Titanium or Titanium Eli series
which is used for medical implants. These Titanium alloys
will not cause allergic reactions. However, other metals, such
as Tungsten, Tungsten alloys, and some of the metals we offer
for inlays may contain trace amounts of nickel, which can cause
allergic reactions to a very small percentage of people.
Specifically, if you have a reaction to white gold you may have
a similar reaction to Tungsten. Therefore we cannot provide
refunds, or accept returns, on any rings believed to have caused
any physical or allergic reactions. This pertains to any ring
sold by Custom Ring Designs. Again, any metal allergy is very
rare. Most people with metal allergies are already aware of
them, and should consider Titanium as a worry-free
alternative.
However, for liability reasons, it is important to reiterate, that in the extreme unlikelihood that you may have a real or perceived allergy to any metal or metal alloy used in the creation of our rings, Custom Ring Designs shall not be liable for damages, and shall not offer a refund. These damages include, but are not limited to, any allergies or other physical reactions resulting from, or seeming to result from, the use of any Custom Ring Designs product. Of course, at Custom Ring Designs, we have an excellent customer service policy, and if you are one of the very rare people who have a reaction to Tungsten, we will encourage you to purchase a ring design in one of our hypoallergenic Titanium designs; or we will provide you with information in order to have your ring plated with Rhodium, a common, inexpensive remedy that can be done by any local jeweler, sealing the metal and preventing it from interacting with your specific body chemistry. Again, your satisfaction is our highest priority. |
